Trading Under Publicis Media Salary: $53,900 base Location: Brisbane PURPOSE OF ROLE As the Digital Co-ordinator your role is to help ensure the campaigns that are live in market are the best that they can be. You are curious by nature with a can do attitude ready to support your team on tasks and projects. You also are a sponge for learning and keen to discover about the industry on Advertising and digital media and technology Key Role Responsibilities Craft (60%) Understand basic theory on all key digital channels (Display, Programmatic, Social, SEM & OLV) Understand Zenith’s ROI process and assist in all tasks in the Activate phase Perform operation implementation tasks with accuracy Assist in technical deployment of tags, tracking, tech and brand safety/verification Operate media buying and reporting systems Perform regular account and campaign checks to ensure no errors Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information Core (10%) Build positive working relationships with Digital Exec, Manager and Director Build relationships with relevant day to day contacts Attend training sessions and TDT sessions Ensure punctuality to meetings, WIPs and Work Client (5%) Complete all tasks assigned within deadlines Assist with client reporting and PCRs Ensure accuracy on all tasks Understand clients objectives and key KPIs Assist so that trafficking is correctly set up for all campaigns Commercial (25%) Understand the monthly process of invoicing & billing Can operate financial systems Assist in resolving all AQs Ensure financial and Zenith Compliance audit documents are archived Ensure time sheets are accurate and up to date Skills, Accreditations & Technical Knowledge Basic excel and Microsoft office skills Basic accreditation for Adwords / DCM/DBM Fundamentals exam/Facebook Blueprint/MFA Basic understanding of 3rd party bid management tools across search/social and programmatic – eg DS3, Kenshoo/Marin/Brand Networks Familiar digital planning tools – eg Nielsen Basic understanding of web analytic providers – eg GA, Adobe & Site Cat Minimum qualifications N/A.
