Incident Support Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Incident Support Analyst to assist our client collate reports and display as business intelligence. Job Overview: The Operations Centre manages a program that consolidates reports from an external security provider and displays the data as business intelligence. The data fields have been corrupted or inaccurately entered and need to be cleaned so that the business intelligence can be accurate.
Experienced Required: Some awareness of Incident and Security Management Policies, Standards and Guidelines. Relevant experience with or a capability of acquiring knowledge of incident management and security programs theory and practice. Relevant experience in undertaking and delivering business related projects.
Good conceptual and analytical skills. Good report writing skills. Good stakeholder management capability and skills.
