The Company Our client is a leading Australian outdoor brand with multiple categories across apparel, footwear and outdoor equipment. They have been around for over 3 decades and are known for their quality product. Their head office is based in the heart of the CBD with 15 employees.

Although the head office is a professional and corporate environment, employees all have a passion for outdoor activities whether it is hiking, camping or bike riding which makes it a fun environment to work in The Position Handling both customer as well as retail customer enquiries over the phone regarding product as well as orders Managing and resolving customer issues Communicating with major retailers Process orders and record customer information Other general administrative duties Compile, upload and manage online content for products Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotions are listed on the website as required Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure product content meets their needs. Primary stakeholders include customer service, Marketing and Buying and Merchandise Liaise with suppliers to source and check content for website, such as product images, manufacturer branding and promotional artwork Prepare, modify and improve product imagery for online deployment, including applying optimisation and sizing of images (Preferred) The Candidate We're seeking an individual with a real passion for outdoor activities who can use their knowledge of products and communicate it with customers.

Basically you need to be a gun at customer service and love the outdoors Experience in a similar customer service role either over the phone OR Retail is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level attention to detail Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment Understanding of content management Producing digital content that is focused on the end user with a high level of attention to detail The ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly Able to maintain exceptional level of quality and attention to detail Being a team player and working well with others is essential but also comfortable working autonomously Good knowledge of image editing software (eg Photoshop/Lightroom), including an understanding of file formats and image considerations appropriate for use online (An Advantage) Prior experience working with a CRM system and basic HTML coding (not necessary but an advantage) The Benefits Immediate start Work for a loved Australian outdoor brand Busy, fast-paced role Dynamic team and supportive culture Parking opposite the office and parking onsite when they move to the West Monday to Friday, no weekend work or rotating roster Currently located in Pyrmont and relocating to brand news offices in Ingleburn To apply online please click on the appropriate link below and send your resume in WORD format.
