Accounts Receivable Officer
The Company We currently have an exciting opening for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Officer to join a leading sales & manufacturing organisation. This opportunity also offers the benefit of being located within close proximity to Perth CBD and public transport. This position is one that will have you working as an Accounts Receivable Officer/Credit Officer in a supportive team-based culture.
Initially for 3 months, the position will have the possibility for permanency for the right candidate. The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the successful Accounts Receivable Officer will include: Rising invoices, allocating payments and receipts Weekly maintenance of the debtor's ledger Business to business collections calls Providing a high-level of customer service to clients Daily reconciliations for all accounts activities Creating and handling new customer accounts Other ad-hoc duties as required Your Skills & Experience The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills: At least 2 years Accounts Receivable/Credit Control experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to deal with customers and external stakeholders and build and maintain relationships Show a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities within the workplace Previous exposure to a large ERP system highly desired Intermediate excel skill Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button or for further information, contact Sian Edwards in Perth's Robert Half office on (08) 6430 6801 Please note only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
