Look no further About our Client Our client is a reputable multi-national company who helps various organisations to fully maximise and utilise the benefits of their software solutions over the lifecycle of their physical asset base. About the Role They're seeking a hard-working and experienced Maximo Technical Consultant to join their estemeed business for a short term engagement (approx 4 Nov 2019 - 6 December 2019; plus possible extensions to late Jan 2020). Some key accountabilities/KPI's are as below: Responsible for executing allocated project tasks and/or support issues that are aligned to the Client's mission statement Achieves defined utilization on billable work Full compliance of administrative tasks including support logs, timesheets and expenses to support the company's invoicing and payroll processes Contribute to the creation of reports and prepare supporting project documentation, delivered on time and accurately Interpret and write up a technical specification and create a clients desired outcome Provide reporting requirements using SQL work - BIRT & QBR reporting, installations Prepare accurate and well-written technical papers for technical society, conferences, industrial publications and customers.
This includes 1 blog per year. Assist Technicians or management with the preparation of technical findings/solutions and presentations to clients Install, configure, customise and administer a Maximo system and associated add ons About You You are a highly motivated worker/self-starter who takes pride in your work. You are great team-player who possesses exceptional communication skills, can work unsupervised and is willing to contribute to improvements to the Client's products and services.
Alongside this, you have: Qualifications - Desirable: IBM Maximo V7.6 Deployment Professional Certification (or expected completion within 6 months) Preferred: Tertiary qualified in IT or Engineering Experience - Essential: Experience 3 years IBM Maximo product knowledge Experience with: Writing complex SQL Statements Configuring the Maximo Application using application designer, workflows, and data import facilities Using Oracle and SQL Databases Installing and upgrading Maximo and its add-on components Reviewing Functional Requirements and developing/delivering technical solutions in Maximo Educating customers on Maximo's technical features and capabilities Advanced level of knowledge with Access and Excel Maximo Java/J2EE development work or projects Can be FIFO (fly in/fly out) from either Melbourne or Sydney - accommodation and travel to and from client site will be covered Experis ANZ is parent to a portfolio of brands; Greythorn, Safesearch, GT-X and Global Attract .
