Large enterprise seeking a strong Agile Coach to work on a complex program transitioning from waterfall to agile with strong buy-in from leadership. Some of the teams are newly formed or unfamiliar with agile practices, this client requires a flexible and pragmatic Coach with the natural ability to influence Senior Stakeholders. As well as help the teams understand the intent behind the introduction of agile practices.
This Coach will clearly define practices while also creating a safe environment where people feel free to question things, understand where things may be going wrong and suggest how we can do things differently. In the interview process, this Coach will need to provide real examples of when they've influenced and worked with Senior stakeholders in challenging situations, utilized techniques and asked probing questions to deliver an outcome. Required experience Previous experience as an Agile Coach on a large, complex program Excellent influencing skills Strong understanding of SAFe, but also able to draw on other methodologies and frameworks such as Lean, Design Thinking or psychological safety Preferably a business background OR if not a commercial mind-set.
