About the Role Our client is seeking a Sales Representative who will predominantly oversee a territory Gold Coast & Northern Rivers. The primary purpose of this role is to generate sales by taking care of existing customers whilst opening the doors to new customers as well. Priority will be equally shared between both New Business Development & Existing Customer Business Support and Maintenance.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated high levels of customer service. Benefits: • Long Established, local secure, long term opportunity • Personal development & management support • Monthly on site team BBQ during the day • Autonomous role, on the road Duties: · To establish and maintain contact with all Aged Care facilities for the nominated territory · To provide excellent customer service whilst delivering and exceeding sales targets · Develop and implement annual business development objectives in their territory in consultation with the Sales Manager · Ensure activities are objective based and serve to meet growth goals and increasing business activity with existing · Manage and maintain customer profiles in CRM and administration · Take full responsibility for marketing objectives (such as direct marketing, exhibitions, seminars or conferences) · To develop and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of products and processes · Ensure efficient utilisation of your time, resources and support available to achieve objectives · Provide accurate reporting on objectives, daily activities and internal sales meetings Skills and Experience: · Experience working in the health care industry and exposure to Aged Care advantageous however not essential · Passion to deliver excellent customer service within the healthcare industry · Ability to maintain and build strong customer relationships · Be confident and self-motivated · Demonstrated initiative, planning and organisational skills · Ability to set and achieve objectives · Ability to work autonomously and be part of a team · A desire to learn, embrace change and think outside the square · Experience in the use of computer systems and web based technologies · A commitment to best practice and continuous improvement · A clean and current driver’s lice.
