Client Services Coordinator - Accounting Firm
Amazing opportunity to join a mid-size accounting firm in the inner Eastern suburbs The Company Our client is a mid-size accounting firm based in the inner Eastern suburbs. They have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to accounting and financial planning and are well respected in their field. They work with a variety of clients from small to large businesses which means no two days are the same.
The Role This role is perfect for somebody who is wanting variety, to be challenged, loves problem solving and is passionate about their career. This is a full-time, permanent position. Duties and Responsibilities Email and phone correspondence with clients Email management Scheduling meetings Lodgments of Income Tax Returns, BAS and IAS Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office and other external parties Organising payment plans for clients Following up on any outstanding documentation for clients Collating tax returns and financials Printing reports Managing job flow Electronic filing Sending email reminders for outstanding payments TFN/ABN/GST and PAYG applications on behalf of clients Daily use of Xero & the ASIC/ATO portals ASIC Administration back-up such as lodging forms and title and company searches Adhoc administration as required by Accountants Skills & Experience Previous experience working in an Accounting Firm is essential for this role.
