Blinky Bill Early Childhood Centre has a career opportunity for an experienced and Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our team in the Toddler room We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Lead Educator who has strong focus on fostering positive relationships with families, children and team members.
In this role, you will be the go-to for guidance and support for other team members, while yourself being supported by a small team of Educators. We have a dedicated team of passionate educators, who work positively and cohesively and are often involved in team and community activities. This role will require a flexible, can-do attitude and you will be committed to working a rotating roster of open and close shifts.
