Human Resources Advisor
The Company One of Australias largest non-for profits, this organistion is looking for extra assistance within their human resource team to assit within their IR team. The Role Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, your role will involve: Working on a high volume of industrial relations cases (approximately 30 at any one time) Consulting with line managers Working closely with the wider People and Culture team Managing complaints and grievances to resolution Provide advice on managing industrial relations issues (negotiations, EBA's etc) General employee relations advice HR administration support Your Profile You will have experience working in a high-volume environment and be able to work with manual systems. You will have experience dealing with Fair Work and pride yourself on your ability to interpret and understand different EBA's.
You will have experience with a broad range of Employee Relations activities. You will work with urgency and be able to manage multiple cases at one time. You will be immediately available and experience within the NFP space will be highly regarded.
