Service Desk Analyst

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to give preference to the hours you wish to work THE ROLE As the service desk analyst, you will be providing support to clients across multiple locations both nationwide and globally. You will be working in a team dynamic supporting over 400 users, being required to complete business as usual tasks as well as taking part of projects. The technologies which will be supported in this role are - Windows Server - Exchange - O365 (setup & migrations) - Active Directory - Mobile device management (Mac, IOS) - Skype for Business The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: - Excellent customer service & communication skills both verbal and written - Motivated and outgoing personality - Professional services experience - Experience working in a service desk - Current Australian driver's license - Tertiary education qualifications This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney CBD and is offering up to $60k-65K (plus super) - depending on experience.
