An exciting opportunity to work as a Training Manager within a Government and Defence team. Your new company Hays are working with a leading global logistics and supply chain company. Due to ongoing major projects and a busy workload, there is a requirement for a Training Manager within the Defence and Government sector.
Your new role In this role as a Training Manager you will use your effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities for the overall coordination and administration of training, ensuring that training services are planned and facilitated to standards provided by the company, whilst conducting and maintaining a high quality training database. This will require to work successfully within a team to achieve a common goal. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will possess the following skill sets: Certificate in IV Training & Assessment.
Strong Communication skills. Previous Training experience. Previous experience within Defence training systems.
Competent skills constructing and presenting using PowerPoint and Excel. Can demonstrate previous experience within training and assessing roles. Warehouse manager systems or similar.
