Join a business who have a different approach to the fit out and refurb game and are renowned for mentoring junior staff This role would suit a Contract Administrator with experience delivering refurbishment and fit out projects looking for a fresh working environment within a professional organisation. A company with a strong focus on all high-end commercial, hospitality, education, retail, health/aged care, public buildings and government sectors.

They are currently experiencing a sustained period of growth resulting in their search for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team. The Role Involvement in the full life-cycle of multiple projects up to $15M Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements Progress claims (both client and subcontractor) Liaise with sub-contractors Ordering materials and equipment Assess and process progress claims Support the project manager About You At least 3 years of experience in a CA role working in the fit-out & refurb market Project experience; $500k to $15m Good working knowledge of contracts Must be able to prepare prolongation claims, delay or EOT claims, payment schedules Strong work ethic, team player and loyal Strong communication skills If you would be interested in finding out more about this role or you would like to have a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact Colin on 0431 214 049 or c.omalleyaspectpersonnel.
