Chef De partie
Qualified chef de Partie with a minimum of 4 years experience. Position is in regional NSW in the Riverina and MIA region. 6 hours West from Sydney and 5 hours North of Melbourne in Griffith.
The city has a population of 28,000 and is very much a multi cultural community. The position is at a Registered Club which operates a Bistro and two function centres. Please refer to the bottom information.
Chef De Partie Griffith Ex-Servicemenâ€™s Club This leading club in the Riverina is offering an exciting and challenging full-time position for a qualified Chef De Partie who will represent our core values of people, food, service and atmosphere and who can teach these values to our employees. This role works closely with our Catering Manager and Function and Events team in preparing and producing quality and consistency in food for various functions at our two function centres and our 7 days per week brasserie. You must have energy, good time management, be flexible, have great organisational skills, able to think on your feet and be competent in a variety of cooking styles. Relative experience within the Club/Hotel industry is an advantage although not essential. This position requires working on weekends and public holidays, with a duty statement available at our Main Club front reception.
