Superannuation Services- Business Analyst

With offices around Australia, they have an impressive client list and currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst. As part of a Transition Project, the need for a Business Analyst is to re-enforce existing platform service Business Analyst team to work on inbound transition projects in superannuation related systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gathering requirements from stakeholders and Business representatives and build business and operational documentation Work with developers to execute on specifications Prepare and execute Unit, Integration test and regression test strategy Liaise with the business to develop UAT test plans and support defect management and PVT Train staff on new operational processes in preparation for go live The successful candidate will have: 5 yearâ€™s Business Analyst experience A minimum of 8 yearsâ€™ experience within Financial Services (Superannuation businesses) ideally with previous experience in operations/administration SDLC experience Experience in managing production issues and checking production systems Tertiary qualification in either Business or I.T. or equivalent business experience Advanced Excel skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability work independently and autonomously Strong time-management and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines Tenacity and resilience, ability to remain calm under pressure Being able to utilise a wide array of IT tools to solve problems and improve processes SQL skills to allow data analysis and troubleshooting This role will allow you to utilise your experience and apply to a project with a highly regarded Superannuation provider.
