About You Ideally, you would tick the boxes below: Demonstrated experience in recruitment and staff scheduling (Advantage) Experience in the school system and working with teachers (Advantage) Demonstrated project management skills with experience working across a variety of concurrent programs and meeting strict deadlines Experience in on-line delivery of programs (Advantage) High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and strong data input skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work within established guidelines to ensure optimal outcomes Experience in onboarding or training and the ability to have constructive conversations to ensure expectations are met Take initiative, work autonomously and also productively as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills, and confidence to deal with a variety of interactions Experience in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders and sourcing new contracts and opportunities. The Role The Teacher Coordinator is responsible for finding, appointing and supporting teachers for all education programs to ensure they are conducted efficiently, effectively and to a consistently high standard. To implement policies and procedures associated with the role, maintain records and other admin services as required.
Reporting to the Education Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and growth of services provided by the business. This can include but is not limited to; Source, recruit, assign teachers for the scheduled educational programs Provide operational and administrative support in the coordination of a variety of educational programs Effectively manage and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality delivery of courses Prepare evaluation survey reports and provide feedback to management and make recommendations Maintain and Update the teachers database and review the educational courses Promote the programs and study resources offered by the Academic Group Some weekend or out of hours work will be required Our Client Since commencement, Academic Group has helped over 100,000 students and worked with many schools to enable students to achieve academic success.
