Service Delivery Consultant



Your new role As the Service Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for managing customer contracts and ensuring we meet our key deliverables. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and be proactive and responsive to any issues or enquires. The purpose of this role is to effectively manage and maintain the service level agreements with our new and existing corporate clients within the managed print services space.

Your key responsibilities • Ensure we deliver on customer contracts and adhere to SLA’s • Oversee key accounts and provide exceptional customer service to clients • Attend regular onsite meetings to present client information • Validate invoice and deliver to clients for timely payment • Understand the P&L to achieve operational targets in revenue and cost • Drive revenue growth and achieve contract renewal targets • Identify opportunities for service improvements.
