Project Coordinator



My client is a joinery contractor with a strong track record sub-contracting to well known builders. They have their own joinery factory and will fit joinery products on site. They require a Project Coordinator to work in the office in support of the Project Manager ensuring the documentation and contract administration of the project is in good order.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator will include: - Document control of projects from receipt of plans to completion - Buying materials according to site requirements - Ensuring quality and OH&S standards are met on site - Provide progress reports on all projects at weekly meetings - issue progress reports to key clients to be considered for the role of Project Coordinator you must: - Have at least three years construction experience - Have a basic understanding of Project Management - Have some knowledge of knowledge of estimating, budgeting and scheduling practices - Be skilled at reading plans and specifications - Have good IT skills The successful candidate will join a small team with a strong track record, where you will have the opportunity to progress to Project Management.
