Here is why we need you… Due to continued transformation and growth, we’re on the lookout for a talented Research & Insights Executive to drive research initiatives and manage consumer insights/ data that support key business divisions in producing effective client solutions across the oOh Media brand.

Here’s what you’ll do… Support the Sales & Solutions teams via analysis of data sets and research studies to find trends and generate compelling insights Proactively identify opportunities through data analysis to improve sales and solutions rationale Manage workflow in relation to sales & solutions requests and create insights materials Data analysis of campaign research studies and research report generation Contribute to product and campaign research projects from commencement to completion Be the key internal contact for background on insights projects and tools Create case studies under supervision of Consumer Insights Manager Educate & coach both team members & business divisions across relevant insights to support sales and product materials Mentor junior team members & new starters via training This is what you’ll look like Strong understanding of the data & insights space with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role Working knowledge of data insight tools such as Nielsen Consumer and Media View, Roy Morgan, GeoTribes Explorer, Nielsen Adviews Online, MOVE Prior experience in the advertising/ marketing/ media industry or research agency industry preferred Familiar working within a fast pace collaborative work environment and adjusts quickly to new environments with a high level of awareness Strong time management and organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at any one time in order to meet tight deadlines Be a critical thinker and problem solver who can absorb complex information and generate meaningful solutions in accordance with key client objectives Degree qualified in Communication/ Data/ Research and/ or Marketing also highly desirable If you’re curious, brave, and ready to leap into a career like no other, we’re ready to open our doors to you.
