About the Team and Role Part of the Risk Division, the Change Delivery and Design team’s role is to identify and deliver alignment of Mortgage Help Centre (MHC) operations across business channels, and other required changes to their operations, in collaboration with MHC Management.

We have a 12-month fixed term position. The Manager Change Delivery exists to deliver, support and oversee the in-business change program of works for the Mortgage Help business unit. The role ensures that the approach to Design and Delivery programs of work is consistent and complimentary to the business and group objectives.

This role also ensures appropriate engagement, advice, direction and advice from supporting business units such as Group Legal and Group Regulatory Compliance. An advocate for agile ways of working, you will support the team to improve productivity through creativity, innovation, collaboration and decision making. Leading a small established team based with a focus on the staff development and coaching.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Change Management experience Ability in leading a team to achieve required outcomes and create a high-performance culture. Previous experience leading teams/programs of work in an agile environment. Proactive, innovative and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Ability to prioritise, monitor and organise workflows.
