About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join our account management team to engage with our members, customers and clients and offer exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Telephone Account Officer to conduct outbound telephone calls to a portfolio of existing members to regularly engage and ensure they are kept up to date with our latest service offerings.
This varied role will also see you participating in promotional campaigns to help us to understand the needs of Victorian businesses so the Victorian Chamber can support their requirements. About you We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In addition, our ideal candidate will also have: Â· Previous experience in an outbound customer contact role Â· A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive business relationships Â· An excellent telephone manner and communication skills Â· Effective time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and information is entered into our database in a timely and accurate manner Â· The capability to identify business development opportunities to provide additional service solutions to our members.
