Global Company | Richmond Location | Creative and dynamic environment | Inclusive and collaborative team | Dog friendly offices Opportunity An exciting opportunity and rare opportunity has arisen for a Bi-lingual (Japanese/English) Desktop support agents to join a Global Consumer Electronics Company based in Melbourneâ€™s trendy Richmond. About the role Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, this role requires an experienced Bi-lingual (Japanese AND English) help desk agent to hit the ground running in a busy but very well-structured and very well-supported team environment. Day to day duties include; Troubleshoot technical issues Monitor the Japanese Care Line Manage help desk tickets in line with the companies SLAâ€™s Provide tech support on a remote basis Troubleshoot a variety of hardware related issues About you The successful candidate for this role will need to be a confident communicator and someone who enjoys interacting with a wide variety of key stakeholders on a range of IT related queries.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Japanese and English Language skills Excellent written and spoken communication Friendly and customer service focused Strong networking experience Previous experience in Level 1 & 2 IT Help desk support Experience with IOS and Android devices. Ability to troubleshoot a variety of different hardwareâ€™s Team focused attitude and love music Whatâ€™s in it for you?
