About the Role An opportunity exists for an ILS Consultant within our Advisory Services business, based in Melbourne In our Advisory Services division, everything starts with a problem that needs a solution.
We act as an independent, technical partner for customers looking to procure defined services and develop specific capabilities. We help them diagnose, rationalise and solve intractable problems by providing analysis, advice and assurance, enabling our customers to make sound decisions about cost, time and performance. As ILS Consultant you will be responsible for: Drafting, reviewing and updating technical artefacts.
Developing documentation and manuals to required Defence standards, including; EMEIs, UHBs, CESs, RPSs Ensuring configuration management processes and protocols are followed. Developing and maintaining customer relationships. To be successful for the role of ILS Consultant you will require: Working knowledge and understanding of defence supply system.
Technical authoring experience to Defence standards. Experience working with configuration management tools. Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relations.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities, multi task and work under pressure. MILIS profiles will be highly advantageous. Candidates will be required to obtain an Australian Government secret clearance which will require Australian citizenship.
