We are on the hunt for an energetic Chef de Partie for this beautiful property located in the Yarra Valley . The restaurant has been winning awards with its knowledgeable and energetic Head Chef in a restaurant inspired by Northern Italian trattorias with skilfully cooked, authentically Italian dishes made with fresh local produce and a philosophy of sharing good food and wine with family and friends. We are seeking a Chef de Partie with the following: Commercial Cookery Certificate Experience in upmarket restaurant/bistro Competent in larder, pans and grill Work well in a busy team environment Up to date with food safety regulations Live in the Eastern suburbs or Yarra Valley area On offer is also great work-life balance, with mostly lunch services and dinner service once a week on the regular unless there is a special event, Tuesday and Wednesday are your weekends and dinner service on Saturdays generally will see you knock off at a decent hour in the evening.
