RESTAURANT MANAGER Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurantâ€™s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, youâ€™ll need management skills and experience in front of house.
We want you to know how to oversee the venue, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Weâ€™ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have exception dining experiences.
Essential experience Recognized university degree in Restaurant Management or Tourism and Hospitality Management Minimum of three (3) years relevant management experience in branded a la carte restaurants. Demonstrated experience in training, development, leading and counselling of staff Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to operational issues The availability to work shifts over a 7 day roster consisting of lunch and dinner shifts Remuneration is subject to skills and experience, but a guide would have it between $65,000 - $80,000.
