Reporting Manager



Core responsibilities: Identify reporting requirements for the program and its project streams and lead the implementation and development of program reporting systems Technical proficiency in PowerPoint to create ad-hoc reports as needed; PowerBI proficiency is an advantage Storytelling and data visualisation ability - able to analyse technical data and synthesise this into a captivating narrative using non-technical language Oversee the management of all reporting data associated with the program and ensure compliance with Quality Management Standards Develop a visualisation and reporting framework for the program and implement it to cater for requirements for stakeholders from leadership team level to operational team members Work closely with Project Managers and SMEs across the program to ensure reporting is driven from a single source of truth utilising sustainable and trusted sources of data Manage all reporting activities for various governing forums across the program and ensure that all reporting is timely, accurate and coordinated with other transport reporting functions Design, develop and maintain a suite of reporting and insight tools Apply design thinking to create data visualisation assets Be a custodian of data visualisation and reporting within the program using best practices to build reporting and self-service tools to assist the business to make data driven decisions Work with program resources and lead the planning and execution of data visualisation and reporting requirements Support the Program Leadership team with best-practice data visualisation and reporting Assist and support the delivery of effective project controls and reporting across the program and projects Support the implementation and management of enhanced support functions covering planning (scheduling), tracking, and reporting In conjunction with Program Leadership team create strategies for the effective program reporting Develop key stakeholder relationships with Business Partners and ensure alignment to the RMS Value Management Office reporting and compliance requirements.
