Our client, a well-established Australian registered training organisation is looking for an RTO Manager (with a focus on marketing) to join their fast-growing team. The position is located in Melbourne CBD and is a permanent full-time position. As such, don't delay your application About the Client: The client is an RTO that provides a variety of health-related courses to their student base and has been around for decades.

The RTO is aimed at providing students with an education that is compliant with current relevant legislation and industry best practices. Job Description: As the RTO Manager , you will be a critical member of the management team, you will focus on managing overall RTO operations in all areas including marketing, operations and compliance. You will also be managing office staff and RTO trainers and work to ensure a healthy and productive working environment.

In this role, you will be instrumental in assuming the following responsibilities: Coordinating and managing the RTO, across all areas of operations Manage and advise on all areas of marketing Planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring compliance activities (ASQA, Skills Victoria) Funding contract application preparation and submission Managing the RTOs business and administration systems (VETrak) Conduct Human Resources and Recruitment activities Performance Management of all staff Oversee compliance with legislative requirements Coordinating internal audits, validation, and quality compliance matters Developing, reviewing, improving and maintaining existing policies and procedures Training staff and management on key changes to legislation and regulatory requirements Developing, maintaining and reviewing Training and Assessment strategies Skills and Qualifications: At least five years of RTO experience Previous experience in a Senior RTO role Planning and Organisation Skills Human Resources and Recruitment Skills Performance management skills and experience Strategic planning and organisational development experience TAE40116 is optional Strong CRICOS and Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 compliance knowledge Excellent people and performance management skills Experience in business development Effective verbal and written communication skills Leadership skills and experience and team-oriented Working with Children's Check Police Check Your dedication and hard work will be rewarded with: Autonomy to train, deliver and improve your course and outcomes Career advanceme.
