Your role in running a 360Â° recruitment desk:- Build and maintain fantastic relationships with both clients and candidates Fulfill job orders â€“ 70% account management and 30% new business New business development - outbound calls, referrals, and lead chasing Farm existing clients to become their business partner and build their team Source new candidates - referrals, headhunting, digital media and job ads Candidate screening, testing, interviewing, reference checking Arrange interviews, shortlisting and gaining client feedback Manage the process of placing candidates and onboarding feedback Provide consultancy as needed to clients and candidates Meet KPIs for calls, client visits, candidate interviews You make the magic happen â€“ you elevate human potential and transform teams.
