Chat to us about what would make work ‘work’ for you Brisbane Head Office Location, Newstead The role: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with the broader People and Culture (P&C) Team, you will enjoy providing superior end-to-end talent acquisition support to key internal stakeholders. Specifically you will: Manage the Retail Banking recruitment portfolio Develop and manage innovative national sourcing strategies Coordinate and facilitate assessment centres for bulk recruitment drives Critically assess candidates and provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding suitability and fit Manage on-boarding process for candidates to ensure seamless transition upon commencement and beyond Play a critical role in ensuring the business is hiring the best possible talent About you: You will have extensive internal or agency recruitment experience, working in a fast paced and high volume environment.

Further, you will have an uncanny ability to build credibility and quickly gain an excellent understanding of the business. You will be an expert in talent sourcing coupled with an innate ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience within a fast paced environment. You are differentiated from your peers due to your highly developed influencing and relationship building skills combined with tenacity and a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
