The role: Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and seamless Virgin Customer Experience via our product partners across all distribution channels and manage the successful delivery of product and service enhancements. Specifically you will: Play a key role in the ongoing delivery and management of the Virgin Money Customer Experience Strategy Support customer research and provide insights to inform customer strategy initiatives Identify customer pain points and trends to provide customer experience improvement recommendations Leverage the expertise of our product partners to create a mutually beneficial customer experience to ensure we achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Additional deliverables in this role will also include dealing with customer relations matters that arise with a key focus on customer issue resolution. About you: With previous banking experience, you will demonstrate impressive capability across Customer Experience, Analysis or Customer Insights. Your natural problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail will ensure your success in the role.

With outstanding interpersonal skills, you will be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, whether you’re liaising and building rapport internally or fostering our external partnerships with ease and confidence. Most importantly, you are a team player who is passionate about what you do and motivated by your desire to build a successful career within Customer Experience.
