Senior Product Manager - Corporate Super The Team The Superannuation business unit seeks to increase market share and build customer advocacy through the delivery of market-leading products and solutions, business development and marketing activities. The Superannuation business unit is part of the BT Financial Group (BT) which is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Banking Corporation. BT designs, manufactures and administers financial products that enable customers to achieve their financial goals through the accumulation, management and protection of personal wealth.
Distribution of BTâ€™s products is conducted through the Westpac/BTâ€™s Australian and New Zealand consumer distribution businesses and an extensive network of external financial advisers. This role sits within the Corporate Super product team as part of the wider Superannuation product team. Your Role Reporting to the Head of Corporate Super the role is responsible for the product management of a new BT Corporate Super product as well as an existing product.
The new product is the go forward offer for BTFG and other corporate products will be migrated. The role will have product management responsibilities and drive multiple stakeholders across the business to achieve customer and product outcomes. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: â€¢ Having a strong understanding of Corporate Super, related group insurance and investments â€¢ Working closely with Key Stakeholders (internal and external) and establishing a working model â€¢ Work closely with customer engagement and retention on a number of activation and retention initiatives to achieve net flow and customer retention objectives.
â€¢ Product related tasks such as PDS rolls, year-end requirements etc. â€¢ Incident ownership of all product related incidents in portfolio, delivering a compliant and customer focussed rectification plan. â€¢ Develop and implement the annual product strategy plan â€¢ Analysing target market segments, market trends & competitor developments.
â€¢ Identify opportunities for product improvement (features, process) that will result in reduced cost and/or a better customer experience. To be Successful You will be Degree qualified and have a solid career in Product Management within Financial Services and corporate superannuation will be consider highly desirable. You will have a proven track record in record and experience of managing financial products and demonstrated knowledge of market, factors impacting business performance and competitor performance & products.
You will have a solid understanding of the changing regulatory environment including drivers and regulator. You will have the ability to contribute to a strong team culture and deliver results. Your strong organisational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills coupled with problem-solving attitude will be critical to your success in this role.
