Your new company A leading global engineering company located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking an Administrator / Accounts Officer to commence ASAP. The role is responsible for executing the commercial aspects of project and maintenance orders. This role will suit someone who is keen to build a career in administration and ideally you will have had prior experience providing support to a busy team, be highly personable, have excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Your new role You will be required to: Process incoming orders, invoicing, and goods receipting Perform order management for assigned customers into SAP Conduct technical support activities for service operations and delivery Support customers, clients and distributors remotely and on-site with excellence Drive complex issues and questions to the appropriate department Ensuring all information is handled effectively and processed accurately Complete routine reports which includes reviewing data and executing the administration of opening and closing projects Administration duties as required to support the busy team What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will require: Previous experience using SAP Impeccable attention to detail A high degree of computer literacy incl.
