The Research team is focused on providing Dexus and its clients with objective views on market trends and conditions, coordinates the Group's house view on property markets and provides strategic input into fund investment plans. In addition, the team works closely with business units to provide market analysis to assist with investment decisions, strengthen client relationships and keep the team and clients informed of key trends. A rare opportunity is now available to work in a small, dynamic team as a Research Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Research this role will see you delivering analysis on market trends and investment drivers to support investment decisions and strategy across Dexus. The Role: As Research Manager you will be responsible for forecasting property markets, contributing to thought leadership and delivering white papers on important strategic issues. You will analyse markets in support of major investments or development projects.
You will be involved in preparing regular reports on key trends and themes and communicating these to internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes working with databases including master models and GIS mapping. We are interested in hearing from individuals recognised for their entrepreneurial spirit and integrity.
Along with a passion for the commercial property sector and more specifically, research, you will have a demonstrated understanding of how macro trends influence property markets. About You: This role requires a minimum tertiary degree qualification in Property/Land Economics/Real Estate/Commerce/Business. You will have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be presenting to key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Able to demonstrate initiative and responsibility for completion of tasks.
