This is an exciting role and a challenge for the right person Work for an iconic Australian retailer, known for their fine funiture. The role is to be an Executive Assitant to the Managening Director. The role: Extensive and meticulous diary management, organising of meetings and appointments; Coordinting and managing travel for the MD and being able to handle the changes and updates with their busy schedule.

Coordinating travel arrangements and offsite leadership conferences including flights, accommodation, car etc Managing and screening phone calls/general enquiries Preparation of key documentation, presentations and reporting including for the Board, Proof reading of all documents and highlighting any queries for signing by the MD Act as intermediary on behalf of the MD including responding to queries and liaising with other stakeholders when he is not available Ad-hoc assistance to other members of the Executive Leadership team as and when required Comprehensive email management and proactive and resourceful in actioning and responding where appropriate; Coordination of all aspects of internal meetings, off-sites appointments, conferences and company events; High level of secretarial and administrative assistance Proactively following up pending matters as directed; Assistance on special projects and tenders, conducting research as required Expense reconciliation To be successful you will: At least 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Outstanding organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects Professional presentation High attention to detail Effective time management and organisation skills Capable of working autonomously Proactive and able to use initiative with a can do/nothing too hard attitude Strong time management skills You are passionate about stakeholder relationships (both internal and external) Thrive in a good-paced, frequently changing but evolving environment. You are renowned for your ability to get the job done efficiently and effectively You understand the sensitive nature of supporting a Senior Executive and the professionalism and discretion required across diverse situations.
