Senior Brand Manager
This role is responsible for providing leadership and management of a defined category in order to ensure achievement of relevant targets Targets include profitability, growth and equity This role will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team aiming to ensure effective and efficient delivery of retail objectives Client Details My client is an experienced and family owned FMCG company that takes pride in its humble beginnings. Description Increase the profit and growth level of a defined set of brand/products to agreed strategic targets within the marketing budget Develop and monitor 12-36-month forecasts Responsible for submission of Long-Range Plan (LRP) in line with the annual budgeting process Develop annual brand architecture (as part of annual category marketing plan process) Be responsible for the briefing, planning and execution of advertising campaigns including (TV, print, outdoor, PR, sampling, POS, in-store) Be involved with the innovation and management of new products, including the management and monitoring of the execution and design of launch plans Profile Tertiary qualification in business with a major in marketing or equivalent is required Postgraduate in marketing/business, MBA is desirable and highly recommended Experience within FMCG sales is highly desirable Excellent team leadership skills and personability Exceptional writing communication skills Innovation management with a problem-solving attitude Excellent priority setting and planning abilities Job Offer Be a part of a family owned company who's focus is on committing to long-term sustainability or earth's natural resources Work in a large FMCG organisation with the room for personal and professional development To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
