Currently experiencing portfolio growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced Sustainability Manager or ESD consultant. Description Reporting into the General Manager of Property, you will be tasked with the following duties: Review of the current sustainability practises and polices across operations Developing new processes Stakeholder engagement Make recommendations for innovation through business strategy Business case development through development of the CAPEX spend and strategy Role out training and development to the in house teams Developing and managing the required business metrics Profile To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following core competencies: Sustainability or ESD experience Sustainability qualifications or extensive experience Building services engineering or facilities management experience is preferable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience building business cases Strong stakeholder engagement Strong planning and organisational skills A friendly and outgoing individual with the ability to work autonomously or within a team Job Offer A unique opportunity to work for a leading aged care provider in the inner east on a diverse portfolio.
