HR Business Partner
Urgently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12 month contract for a national organisation based in Perth's Southern Suburbs. Client Details Our client is a well known, National business seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12 month contract. Due to growth this role could continue past the 12 months or have a view of permanency for the right candidate.
Description Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Regional HR Manager roles and responsibilities include: Developing and implementing performance management systems to regard individual and team performance Conduction end to end investigations and case management. Providing recommendation on cost-effective management strategies to support the business's needs Develop and deliver people management strategies which support the overall strategic aim of the organisation Train and advise management and colleagues through providing expert guidance on all HR related matters Support and represent the negotiations relating to remuneration and other workplace conditions of employment with external and internal parties. Develop, implement and review HRM strategies, policies and plans to meet organisational goals and needs.
