Sales Support Specialist - ANZ Fire Suppression
Job Overview: The Sales Support Specialist for the Suppression business supports our customers and our business by smoothening processes and solves issues by coordinating these (before they run out of hand) with the customers as well as the relevant internal stakeholders like the L&D department and factory CS and finance. Essential Job Responsibilities: Backorder management for local ANZ orders. Full-spectrum of order fulfillment and shipment coordination in cooperation with the CS team.
Strong liaison with supply planning, finance, L&D and sales team Back order management for Overseas direct orders and shipments from factory to customers. Take action where needed to meet shipping deadlines Being the local contact the customers you monitor order booking progress at the factory, backorders, order completion dates and factory shipments and where needed take necessary actions to meet shipping deadlines Provide input about back orders and shipping dates for Forecasting purposes Flag/ escalate issues to management in a timely manner Organise New Credit Account and Customer Maintenance for submission to Finance Runs reports when required by IS/ CS managers. This can be on Backorders & status, Complaints, KPIâ€™s.
Training â€“ a local organisation for Internal & External Training. Assisting the training team to organise venues, catering, accommodation and logistics.
