Digital Marketing Director
I am currently looking for a Digital Marketing Director who has 10 years plus in a retail banking environment with background in Digital Marketing Your New Role As the Head of our Digital, Marketing and Intermediaries Department you will have overall responsibility for our digital strategy and the continued development of this across the organisation. You will work with our project teams to enhance our current digital offerings always focussed on the member experience and Brand presence. The Digital sales and the Intermediaries Channels have revenue generating responsibilities, the Marketing team focus on providing branch network & member support through all online channels.
The role demands an innovative thinker who will focus on the member experience and manage the Bank's overall net promoter score program. Your analytical skills will be used to support the Bank's strategic decisions. About You You will have 10 years experience in a Retail Banking environment and are very familiar with the requirements and changing nature of today's banking world.
You have an exceptional background in digital marketing and enhancing member experiences influenced by an event driven NPS program. You have experience managing a sales team, and proven ability to generate results. You are driven by designing and implementing transformational change for the good of the members.
You are commercially minded with strong experience in sales effectiveness, sales operations, revenue generation and member engagement strategies. You have effectively collaborated across various business teams to achieve common goals with a strong set of professional values.
