Digital Creative Strategist



Tundra is an agency specialising in high detail, high-quality digital work focused on strategy, UX, content, design and development. We’ve got a diverse, talented crew, and you’ll be working within one of our multidisciplinary project teams, continually bouncing ideas off creative types, developers and other producers. Who we are looking for The Creative Strategist will work as part of the Senior planning team to define and drive the creative direction of new business, client relationships, and proactive team initiatives.

Your key responsibilities include: Drive and lead the creative strategy and innovation across studio projects for multiple projects from conception to completion New business; drive, research, and prepare proposals Lead creative pitches from new work from a conceptual point of view whilst drawing in the technical and production teams to ensure a cohesive and considered response Manage the team's innovation efforts and lead ideation and conceptual tasks Build the team's external network engaging external parties, collaborators and suppliers Nurture client relationships Uphold high digital content and copywriting standards On any given day you might Lead the team's response to a creative, conceptual brief Work with UX, design and development to ensure the correct application of the creative strategy Create the content strategy for the landing page Storyboard an Instagram story Lead a pitch Attend regular client WIP's or client meetings Edit and approve campaign / EDM copy Requirements Core skills you bring to Tundra Conceptual digital thinking 3 - 5 years of strategy experience with an agency or client-side with a brand Ability to produce consumer journeys Strength in dissecting a brief to ensure the problem is correct before the solution is A strong foundation of technical knowledge Salesforce / CRM knowledge Writing for the web & social media Conceptual copywriting Storyboarding Client building skills Workshop & meeting facilitation Knowledge of the process for different shaped projects: from a brief to a reverse brief, to creating timelines, budgets and milestones Benefits As part of the opportunity to work at one of Melbourne's leading digital agencies, Tundra can offer you: A range of high-profile clients and the opportunity to work on varied projects A fun, supportive, and collaborative work culture Upskilling, mentoring and growth opportunities within the team A competitive salary A gym membership A big, bright warehouse space in Collingwood.
