Account Director



The Monkeys are looking for an Account Director to join our Account Management team in Melbourne. Working on one of our biggest accounts, the role is responsible for championing provocative thinking for our client using your strategic project management skills. The Role Know the client’s vision and drive projects and people to deliver against it Assume responsibility for as many aspects of a marketing plan as possible Use your market knowledge to add value for your client Drive growth in your accounts through innovation and great relationships Make a noticeable difference to the client’s business as you lead the daily relationship Make every project run like clockwork and to the highest standard Maintain The Monkey’s level of service Ensure all Client guidelines and briefs are followed – be an eagle eye for detail Be the key point of contact for the Creative teams on your allocated projects Ensure you’re delivering on the commercial needs of your account About you 5 year’s experience in a similar role Provocative thinking comes naturally to you; You believe in strong relationships with your clients and genuinely enjoy partnering with them; Excellent attention to detail – you check everything, then check it again.
