The award winning Provincial Hotel is seeking a new RESTAURANT MANAGER for it's inhouse elegant yet relaxed in house restaurant 'Lola'. Voted 'Best Boutique Styled Hotel' in Victoria, our dedicated and highly rated team is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team, and be a part of our journey. Led by Head Chef Andre Mcloughlin, formerly Sous Chef at Royal Mail Dunkled and Spus Chef at Doot Doot Doot, Jackalope.
Lola offers diners a sophisticated bistro experience with the warm and generoisty of country hospitality. Championing local produce and local boutique wineries, Lola is fast gaining a reptuation for outstanding food and service. If you are passionate about working in a restaurant team dedicated to providing exceptional service and attention to detail, we are seeking a RESTAURANT MANAGER to work either full time or part time (we are open to a flexible approach to this role, along with role sharing) in our restaurant Lola.
