Our well-known client are on the hunt for an impeccably well groomed, bubbly and highly efficient Front desk receptionist. Receive and greet company clients, visitors and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Log all clients / visitors / contractors in the building as per the external guest access process Process and issue secure ID and access passes and management of outstanding passes Manage Reception mailbox, respond to all queries in line with SLA's Contact and liaise with hosts and meeting co-ordinators to ensure visitors are either met or provided access to the required location Assist with general queries, demonstrating a good understanding of the site, company services and operations and where applicable referring them to the most appropriate team / individual Manage the atmospherics and presentation of the reception area to ensure a professional corporate image is maintained at all times including maintaining a professional personal appearance in line with corporate uniform guidelines. Build effective relationships with clients and team by understanding their needs and being responsive and adaptive as their needs change Assist the CEO's office with CEO correspondence, accessing, communicating and logging of information through various technology including Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and various internal systems Our client is looking to bring someone onboard ASAP so do not delay your application.
