ER / IR Specialist
We are recruiting for a HR qualified IR / ER Business Partner to join our clients Australia team based here in Perth. This role will see you take a leading role in IR/ER related topics, work closely with our national stakeholders to adhere and proactively manage the internal business needs across worker engagement, award and market value research while taking the local lead in dispute resolution and associated trends and needs in the wider IR/ER sector. You'll join the Perth based team with reporting across both state and national HR and IR management stakeholders, you'll be engaged in case reviews, Award Management, HRIS updates and project management alongside being a key stakeholder in the every changing needs of ER management and business alignment to legislation and expectation.
You'll need to have: Tertiary HR / ER Qualification and relevant Experience Proactive Attitude to Employment Trends, Needs and Legislative Changes Extensive Employment Law knowledge (proven history in Award and Dispute resolution) Leader in proactive employee engagement and best practice role outs Perth Based Once success, this role will offer you a detailed and process driven opportunity to make a positive impact within one of Australia's leading resource providers.
