Part Time Payroll Manager
Based in the heart of the CBD Boutique Professional Services Firm Part time 3 days per week Our client are currently seeking the services of an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee their diverse payroll operations on a part time basis. Working on a permanent basis ideally 3 days per week (preference Tues/Wed/Thurs), this role aims to ensure that all payroll processing, compliance and reporting is effectively delivered to all key stakeholders of the business in a timely manner. Working collaboratively within this tight knit finance team and overseeing one staff member, your key areas of focus will include, but not limited to: Provide effective preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls and related queries from internal staff and from the outsourced groups.
Preparation of PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and Workcover information ready for lodgement and/or payment to the respective regulatory authorities. Assisting in payroll processing when required, providing internal/external reports to key stakeholders. Other tasks as required from the business internally or outsourced providers.
To be considered for this position, you will have demonstrated experience with all of the above key areas, have demonstrated a long history in payroll to a managerial level and be able to communicate with all levels.
