Our Government client is presently seeking a Change Manager that are willing to undertake a TSPV clearance process. This Government organization is seeking Change Managers with any of the following skill sets: Knowledge of IT systems design and development processes Chair a number of requirements management working groups involving key stakeholders. Work with stakeholders to define and document operational concepts and business system needs.
Manage and articulate business requirements in a manner that supports internal design and development activities, and/or externally contracted deliverables Analyse and map business processes to ensure that business processes and requirements are aligned with the strategic goals of the business unit Support discussions on continuous operation improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency gains through business process change or automation. Support the development of business documentation including change management strategies. Provide leadership in the resolution of requirements issues and ensure all work completed meets quality standards and quality control measures.
For your knowledge, the TSPV process is a very long and invasive process, however, once you have it, the opportunities you can consider shall be long term, ongoing and extremely interesting - it shall open up opportunities that only a very select few shall have access to. In some circumstances, this organization shall initially put candidates through a NV1 clearance to speed up the onboarding process whilst going through the TSPV process whilst onsite.
