This Government organization is seeking Business Analysts with any of the following skill sets: Experience in writing Operational Concept Document(s), Function and Performance Specifications (FPS) and related formative capability development documents Gather, document, communicate and manage business and technical requirements. Ability to gather, document, communicate and manage business requirements ensuring they are measurable/testable Provide advice and leadership on complex systems design within a Services Oriented Architecture Provide leadership in stakeholder engagement for large and complex capability development and manages relationships with customers Work with the development teams to continually improve Agile processes Communicate business requirements to developers involved in system improvements, enhancements, and elimination of problems and inefficiencies Work with product owners and project managers to establish requirements specifications that show understanding of the organisation's strategic requirements and technology strategy A high level understanding of cyber security threats is desirable.
For your knowledge, the TSPV process is a very long and invasive process, however, once you have it, the opportunities you can consider shall be long term, ongoing and extremely interesting - it shall open up opportunities that only a very select few shall have access to.
