We are currently looking for Customer Relationship Team Leader to join our Customer Relationship Centre (CRC) based in Mawson, ACT.

The primary focus for the Customer Relationship Team Leader is to provide a quality of leadership that encourages and enables CRC Consultants to exceed customer experience on a continuous basis through both the telephone and digital channels whilst creating sales and referral opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide highly valued customer experiences, building relationships with new and existing customers through the provision of needs based selling and advice. Understand the differing needs of customers, proactively seeking solutions to customers’ individual needs Delivery of contact centre service levels to ensure excellence in customer service is delivered at all touch points Set clear performance-based objectives and ensure individuals work cooperatively to achieve them Provide feedback and coaching regarding performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Provide leadership, training, coaching and mentoring to staff to improve their skills and develop work capabilities for the current and future state Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance Team Providing day-to-day operational and performance leadership You will possess the following skills and experience: A passion for providing a high level of customer service at all times and building lasting customer relationships Previous leadership experience in customer service, contact centre or retail sector A strong passion to mentor, lead and encourage colleagues to exceed team and individual goals Exceptional problem solving skills and an ability to think on your feet Desire to work within a team environment High-level communication skills A commitment to success with a strong work ethic Experience in the banking industry is desirable Here at Beyond Bank Australia we set you up for success by offering a workplace full of opportunities to further develop your career, as well as the flexibility to balance work, life and family.
