The Role We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Systems Officer to join the team located at Derrimut office.
Acting as a coordination point between the IT team, the Marketing Team and external vendors, you will provide systems management and support of existing and new on-premise, cloud based and mobile applications. The role will also involve being a technical lead in new and improvement projects. Key responsibilities in relation to Applications Support will include: Translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications to create SOW Facilitating collaboration as required between system owners, and ensure good communication flows between the vendor/s Work with the Learning and Development team to provide training for corporate applications Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application problems through to completion within the agreed SLA Assist with identification of application integration requirements and dependencies for digital project plan Work in conjunction with project manager to ensure project deliverables are met Document application enhancement requirements, manage system releases and upgrades including creating and maintaining test plans, scripts and test outcomes (in collaboration with system owners and key users) Participate in the development and review of policies and processes relating to the support of applications You will also be responsible for Vendor/Contract Management , including: All aspects of contract management in relation to key software application contracts Ensuring the efficient and resilient operation of the organisationâ€™s suite of applications and management of appropriate maintenance contracts Working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to establish enforceable SLAs with all key vendors (existing and future) Monitoring performance against SLAs and utilising enforcement provisions of the contract effectively to improve performance Assist in contract establishment for new systems, considering lessons learned in past contract management experiences Assist system owners in developing business cases for relevant information technology projects About You To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes: Experience as an Applications Systems Officer and/or similar position Expertise and demonstrated success in managing multiple vendors including contracts, SLAs and relationships Understanding of processes within the Software Deve....
