Personal Assistants and Receptionists
The Opportunity We are currently working with a number of public practice accounting and financial services firms who are looking for experienced personal assistants and receptionists to join their teams Join highly successful firms based in the CBD and surrounding suburbs and put your experience to the test. Join a team where work-life balance is encouraged. The Role Based on your industry and experience, your duties can include: Supporting a team of Accountants or Financial Planners Answering phones and incoming email queries Diary management and booking meetings ATO and ASIC work Preparing Statements of Advice or other documentation and correspondence Preparing invoicing Providing a high level of office support including all general administration duties Skills and Experience Ideally you will have at least 2-4 years experience as a PA or receptionist in a public practice accounting firm or financial services firm.
